Rent: Single (Rs26k-32k); Double Occupancy (18k-20k); Bunk Beds (14-15k)
1 month rent and 1 month’s security (will NOT be adjusted and will be returned only). There is no GST charged
on Security.
Lock in Period is for months, even after the lock-in period is over students
need to give one-month prior notice before
they vacate.
If notice is not given 30 days prior to
date of vacation then full rent will be charged
and full security will be forfeited.
For all students rent will begin from 1st of every month and shall be for
a fixed period of 30 days.
If rent is not received on or
before the 1st of every month, per day penalty
of Rs500/- will be charged.
A grace period
of five days maximum
shall be given to both landlord/tenant to pay their pending dues.
Thereafter management decision shall be final.
Minimum Booking Amount will
50% of the rent and non-refundable.
Rent excludes 18% GST,
electricity bill, water bill and other common maintenance charges
(charged room-wise) if any etc. Rates will be charged as per law.
Breakfast/ Tea = 7am to 9 am
Lunch= 12 noon to 2:30 PM
Tea= 4:30 PM to 5 PM
Dinner= 7 PM to 9 PM

Hostel Gate Open = 6:30 AM. If students enter/leave early prior
permission shall be taken from the warden.
Hostel Gate Close = 9:30 PM. If students default after two warnings a
penalty of Rs200 will be charged.
Night out is not allowed, if parents give permission for night out then
written/oral confirmation shall be compulsory.
Compulsory attendance every day after 11 PM by warden.
Parents of students need to inform in PG before the students go home
via message or whatsapp

All students are responsible for their belongings. The management shall
not be responsible for theft,
damage, missing items etc. at all times.
All fittings and fixtures are to be verified by the user in the
beginning of this agreement. Any soft damage/repair shall be borne
by management. Any hard damage/
repair to fixtures and property shall
be penalized appropriately.
The usage of any abusive
substance like drugs
& alcohol etc. inside the hostel is strictly prohibited.
Any special medical condition of the candidate or medical prescription
physical as well as mental issue
shall be informed at the time of admission only. Thereafter, the management shall not be held responsible
for any situation/mishappening if occurred
inside/outside premises.
The management is only empowered as tenant and service provider of the
PG accommodation. They are not
responsible for any structural incompliances, property tax, property related government certifications etc. However,
any rule/grievance related to
operation and management of the premises shall fall under ambit of the tenant.
